Mindfulness Walk
Feeling stressed? Looking for a connection to nature? Join us for a morning Mindfulness Walk!
Today we had our first Mindfulness Walk in the Preserve, led by Marissa Byers. Thank you, Marissa! Our walk brought together an engaged group of unique perspectives and experiences to share.
Marissa led us in an hour of contemplative forest observation, and our peaceful hike through the Preserve was only made better by sharing the space among a community. It went so well that we are planning five more for the remainder of the year. These will be slow-paced and mostly silent nature walks. No experience is necessary and all are welcome!
