Mindfulness Walk

Feeling stressed? Looking for a connection to nature? Join us for a morning Mindfulness Walk!

Marissa Byers will lead us through an hour of contemplative forest observations and mindfulness activities. Please meet at the College Ave. shelter at or just before 10 a.m. This will be a slow-paced and mostly-silent nature walk—no experience is necessary, and all are welcome! We walk rain or shine but will cancel in the event of lightning or icy roads.
